Welcome to Tech Della Solutions LTD., owner of www.techdella.com. Please take your time to read our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) as it sets out important information relating to how we handle your personal information!

In this Policy, references to “we”, “us” or “Techdella” are references to Tech Della Solutions LTD. This Policy only applies to data collected by Techdella via www.techdella.com (the “Site”) and does not apply to its other associated group companies, products, and/or services. 

The Service and/or the Site can be available for use through a web browser or any other application. We do not host any of the Site and/or Services, all hosting is done by third-party service providers that we engage. 

This means that data we collect from you (including any Personal Information, as defined below) or the ones you provide us – as further described in this Privacy Policy – is hosted with such third-party service providers on servers that they own or control. 

Regardless of where such third-party service providers are located, their servers may be located anywhere in the world. Your data can be replicated across several servers in multiple countries. So please be aware that you are consenting to your data being transferred to third-party service providers within and outside the country.

1. Introduction

We have put together this Privacy Policy because you and other users’ privacy, which is also important to us. This Privacy Policy explains the practices of our online information and your choices about the way your Personal Information is collected and used in connection with the Site and/or the Service or in connection with the handling of Personal Information of applicants for roles within our organization and individuals who have submitted Curriculum Vitae (CV) through our website. 

“Personal Information” means any information that can be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a full name, a personal profile, an email, a home or other physical address, or other contact information.

2. Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service which is available at https://techdella.com/terms-of-service.

You are not legally obligated to provide us with Personal Information, and you hereby confirm that providing us with Personal Information is at your own free will. You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our collection, processing, and sharing of your Personal Information for the purposes outlined herein by using the Site and/or Service, enrolling in any position within the company, or submitting your personal information, such as your resume, online. 

Please do not access or use the Site and/or Service in any other way if you disagree with this Privacy Policy. We have the right to modify this Privacy Policy, at our discretion, at any moment. 

4. What Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Access to the general information on the Site is currently granted without requiring you to provide Personal Information. Nonetheless, we do get and/or gather your personal data in the following methods:

We do not currently require you to provide Personal Information to gain access to general information available on the Site. But, we do get and/or collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:

4.1. User Account

In order to use certain services that we offer via the Site, you are required to create an account (“User Account”). If you create a User Account you will be required to provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, as well as a password (“Account Information”). 

Additionally, you have the option to voluntarily disclose other Personal Information, such as your profile picture, phone number, location, work title, and other information you provide through the services, during the User Account registration process and in connection with your continued use of your User Account. 

We may send you a text message to your mobile phone or an e-mail to the e-mail address you submit to confirm your registration. If you choose not to create a User Account, you may not be able to access or use certain features of the Service. ‘Contact Us’ Information

If you send us a “Contact Us” request, whether by using our online form or by sending an email to our email address, we can ask you to provide us with certain information such as your name and email address.

4.2. Profile

You can build a profile in connection with your User Account (“Profile”). Your Profile will have your name and other information that you choose to include, such as your picture. Your Profile will be made available to Authorized Users who share the same TechDella as you. 

Note, www.techdella.com is integrated with other 3rd parties sales tools, such as Brevo, HubSpot, etc., and from time to time sync the profile data based on needs.

4.3. Usage Information

We can collect information about how you are accessing and using the Site and/or Service, which may include administrative and support communications with us and information about TechDella, channels, content, people, features, and links you interact with, and what third party integrations you use (if there are any). Such information can also include Personal Information.

4.4. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may obtain and/or procure information, including Personal Information, from third parties, including its service providers, sales and marketing tools, which all relate to your preferences and your use of the Site and/or Service.

4.5. Purchases

The Site and/or Service may include the option to purchase certain services or products from us. If you choose to make a purchase we will need enough information from you to complete the transaction. 

These might include a credit card number and associated account and billing details, information pertaining to invoices, and further information needed to process the order. We can also update such data if you grant us permission to bill you for recurring charges, such as monthly, quarterly, annually or other types of periodic payments. 

When we use third-party service providers to handle transactions, you understand and consent to read their terms of service and privacy policy and to be bound by them.

4.6. Log Files

We may make use of log files. The information contained in the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, device type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us. We can use such information to administer the Site and/or Service, track users’ movement around the Site and/or Service, analyze trends, and collect demographic information.

4.7. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use “cookies,” anonymous identifiers, and other other tracking technologies on our Site and/or Service to provide you information that is customized for you. A “cookie” is a little text file that can be used, among other things, to gather activity on usage of the Site and/or Service. 

Certain cookies and other technologies have the potential to recall Personal Information, like an IP address, that a user has previously disclosed. You can manage cookies with most browsers, controlling how they are removed and whether you want to accept them or not. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, or you can configure your browser to alert you whenever one is received.

4.8. Mobile Device Data

We may gather limited information from your mobile device in case you are using our service from your mobile, in order to provide the Services. Additionally, in order to assist us in compiling aggregate statistics, we can deploy tracking technologies within the Services, but we will not use Personal Information for these reasons.

4.9. Service Integrations

We may establish a connection between your third-party service and ours if you integrate with one while using the Site and/or Service. The third party service provider of the integration can share some information about your account with techdella.com. However, for any of these third-party services, we never receive or keep your passwords.

4.10. Google Analytics

We may use an online tool called “Google Analytics” to gather data on how you use the Site and/or Service. Google Analytics collects users information such as what pages they visit, how often they visit the Site and/or Service, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Site and/or Service. 

We use this information to maintain and improve our product and the Site and/or Service. We do not combine the information collected from Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. 

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by the Google Analytics tool about your visits to the Site and/or Service is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service, which is available at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html, and the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

4.11 Candidates Information

As part of our hiring process, we do receive and/or collect Personal Information from candidates applying for roles and through our website. This information may include, but is not limited to, names, contact details, and other data submitted during the application and recruitment process.

5. Customer Data

In the course of using the Site and/or Service, you may submit your Customer Data. Our use of Customer Data is in accordance with the Terms of use.

6. The Way We Use Personal Information

If you submit or we collect Personal Information through techdella.com and/or Service, then we may use such Personal Information in the following ways, via any applicable communication channel, including e-mail, SMS etc.

6.1. We may use your Personal Information to provide and improve our Service, to send you marketing and advertising messages that we believe may be of interest to you, to reach you in connection with the Service and programs or offerings that you may have registered for, and to identify and authenticate your access to the areas of the Site and/or Service that you are authorized to access.

6.2. We may use your email address to: (i) send you updates or news with respect to the Service and our products; and/or (ii) respond to a “Contact Us” or administrative request (for instance, to change your password).

6.3. We may send you service and administrative emails and messages. We can also contact you about changes in our Site and/or Service, our Service offerings, and necessary Service related notices, such as security breach notices. These emails and messages are considered part of the Service and you cannot opt-out of them. 

We will use the contact information you give us or make accessible to send an automated invitation email or message to others, if you want them to use the service. Your name and email address may be included in the invitation email or message.

6.4. We may transfer your Personal Information to our domestic or international subsidiaries or affiliated companies to store or process it on our behalf. Transfers of this kind of data to other nations are possible. We demand that these parties consent to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

6.5. We can share your Personal Information with our partners and third party service providers, but only to assist us with our business operations and to provide our Service to you and other users. Such service providers may include, but not limited to, Google. Only third-party service providers and partners who have posted a privacy policy regulating their processing of Personal Information are engaged or interacted with by us, using commercially reasonable efforts.

6.6. We may disclose your Personal Information or any information you submitted via the Site and/or Service, with people/organization you specifically ask to share with.

6.7. We may provide our affiliates and/or business partners access to your contact information so they can get in touch with you to advertise or sell our service.

6.8. We may disclose your Personal Information or any information you submitted through the Site and/or Service if we reasonably believe that disclosing such information will be beneficial or reasonably necessary to: 

(i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; 

(ii) enforce our Terms, including investigations of potential violations thereof; 

(iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or 

(iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of TechDella.io, our users, yourself or the public.

6.9. As a User you acknowledge that there may be times when you contact us to help resolve an issue specific to a team of which you are a member. In order to help resolve the issue and given our relationship with our Customer, we may share your concern with the Customer.

6.10. We will use the Personal Information provided by candidates applying for roles and individuals who have submitted CVs through our website for the following purposes: 

(i) Recruitment and Selection: We will evaluate your credentials and fit for positions within our company using your Personal Information; 

(ii) Communication: We can get in touch with candidates on their applications and the hiring process using the contact details provided; 

(iii) Record Keeping: In accordance with our data retention policy and any relevant regulations, your Personal Information will be kept on record as part of our recruiting records; 

(iv) Sharing: Relevant staff members involved in the employment and recruitment process can gain access to your information.

7. Use of Anonymous Information

To make our Site and/or Service better, to test new features at random, and to improve your experience using the Site and/or Service, we may use Anonymous Information (as described below) or reveal it to third party service providers. Additionally, we could disclose Anonymous Information to partners and advertisers, with or without compensation. “Anonymous Information” refers to information that makes it impossible to identify a specific user, such as aggregated or Guest information about the use of our Site and/or Services.

This Privacy Policy is not aimed to place any restriction on what we do with information that is aggregated and/or de-identified, meaning it is no longer linked with a specific user or customer of the Service.

8. Data Retention

We will keep your personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary in order to establish, maintain and expand our relationship and provide you with our services and offering; in order to fulfill legal and contractual obligations; or to protect ourselves from potential disputes and have evidence of our relationship for any future legal issues (for example, in order to have proof and evidence about our relationship in the event that any legal concerns arise following your discontinuation of use, and as required by laws applicable to log-keeping, records, and bookkeeping) in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

When determining the appropriate retention period of your personal information, we consider a number of factors, including the nature, volume, and sensitivity of your information, the possibility of unauthorized use or disclosure of your data, the particular uses for which we process your information, and the relevant legal requirements.

Please note that we are under no legal obligation to keep your personal data for a specified amount of time, unless mandated by relevant legislation or our particular agreements with you. At any time and for any reason, with or without prior notification to you, we reserve the right to securely delete, anonymize, or restrict access to your data.

9. Opting Out

You may choose not to receive future promotional, advertising, or other Service-related emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Site and/or Service. Candidates and individuals who have submitted CVs through our website may request access to their Personal Information, and we aim to maintain accurate records.

You can choose to opt out of receiving emails from us in the future that are connected to promotions, advertisements, or other aspects of the Service by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email. Please be aware that even if you choose not to receive the aforementioned emails, we may still respond to your “Contact Us” requests and send you administrative emails (including those related to password reset requests) if they are required to help you utilize the Site and/or Service. 

We aim to keep accurate records, and candidates and persons who have submitted CVs through our website may seek access to their Personal Information. If you wish to delete or correct any of your Personal Information that we may be storing, you can submit an access request by sending an email to privacy@techdella.com.

10. Choice

You always have the option of withholding or disclosing your Personal Information. If you decide not to share the required Personal Information, you may still browse some areas of the Site and/or Service, but you might not be able to use certain features, offers, programs, and services that need our communication with you.

11. Access/Accuracy

We wish to maintain accurate Personal Information to the extent that you do provide us with it. If you would like to delete or correct any of your other Personal Information that we may be storing, you may submit an access request by sending an email to privacy@techdella.com. You should adequate details of your request in your email

The Site and/or Service may direct you to use or include connections to other mobile apps, websites, and services operated by third parties that are not under our ownership or control (each a “Third Party Services”). 

We have no control over the content or privacy policies of any Third Party Services. Please be aware that Third Party Services may collect Personal Information from you. Because of this, we advise you to review the Privacy Policy and terms of service of each Third Party Service before using or interacting with it.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site and/or Service is not designed to attract children under the age of 16. As a result, we don’t wish to obtain Personal Information from anyone who we know to be younger than 16 years old. 

We will take immediate action to erase any Personal Information we may have obtained from children under the age of 16. Please email privacy@techdella.com if you think we may be in possession of any such information.

14. Security

We take the security of Personal Information very important. We follow generally accepted industry standards, to protect the Personal Information submitted to us. However, there is no guaranteed way to store or transmit data electronically through the Internet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its confidentiality and absolute security. 15. Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy

We maintain the right to transfer or assign Personal Information and any other information you give us in connection with the aforementioned activities in the event that we are bought out by or combined with another company, in the case of bankruptcy, or in any other similar circumstance.
